I am a largely self-taught artist, raised in New Jersey in the USA, now living in Melbourne.

I started exhibiting my work professionally in 2004 and regularly exhibit at the Old Post Office in Seymour.

Recurring themes in my work are the human body, movement, dance and animals, especially horses, who may act as avatars and metaphors for ourselves in real or metaphysical environments. Strong and intense colours feature in much of my work as well as a dash of humour. I am currently exploring landscapes using pencil and charcoal.

I have attended numerous fine and graphic art seminars and short courses both inNew Yorkat theNewSchoolandSchoolofVisual Artand inMelbourneat various Taft colleges.

I have attended courses given by respected Australian artists, Yvonne Audette and Erica Grofton.  I am a member of WRAN, Wester Region Artists Network.
