Visits Chantilly Stables in Paris, studying Lusitanian, Iberian, Friesian and other baroque, classically trained breeds. Studies Lipezzaners at Spanish Riding School, and Summer Stables, Vienna, Austria. Travels to research racing paintings at Royal Ascot, Paris, and The Curragh, County Kildare, Ireland.
