I’m a Melbourne based Digital Abstract Artist with a background in graphic design.
My creative process is a blend of spontaneity and meticulous planning. I often start with a basic concept or emotion that I want to convey, but I let the digital tools guide me, allowing for unexpected and organic developments. Using software like Adobe Photoshop. I manipulate shapes, colors, and textures to build layers of meaning and visual intrigue.
Color plays a pivotal role in my work. I am drawn to bold, contrasting hues that evoke strong emotional responses. The interplay of light and shadow, the rhythm of repeatingpatterns, and the harmony of chaotic elements all find their place in my compositions. I often experiment with glitch art techniques and fractal patterns to create pieces that challenge the viewer’s perception and invite them to find their own interpretations.
My work is heavily influenced by the digital age, wherethe fusion of human creativity and machine precision opens up new realms of artistic expression. I am inspiredby the works of pioneers like Jackson Pollock, but I strive to push beyond their boundaries by leveraging the capabilities of modern technology.
Exhibiting my art both online and in physical galleries has allowed me to connect with a diverse audience. I believe that digital art democratizes access to creativity, enabling anyone with a device to explore and appreciate art in new and meaningful ways. Through my work, I aim to spark conversations about the intersection of technology and human experience, and how our increasingly digital world can still be a deeply personal and emotive space.
In essence, my art is a reflection of the ever-evolving digital landscape. It’s a celebration of innovation, a dialogue between the familiar and the futuristic, and an exploration of the myriad ways technology can enhance and transform artistic expression.
